Individual or small groups; adults or youth. Including my ‘Yoga Foundations’ program for beginners or targeted practices/ routines for those with more experience; for exploring and deepening connections within one’s body-mind-emotions complex to support healing and wellbeing.
Techniques of breath & energy awareness, pranayama, kriyas and concentration/ meditation to enhance, balance and stabilise the nervous system and biofield energy network (prana, nadis, chakras); exploring the subtle channels that directly access your Inner Being.
Multidisciplinary case management & Adjustment to Injury Counselling; including assessment of needs and truly holistic rehabilitation planning; supporting you in meeting challenges, overcoming barriers, gathering resources and coping with injury & acquired disability.
Return to work/ workplace rehabilitation intervention planning and coordination; avocational and habilitation assessment and planning for children living with disability/ special needs.
Building awareness and strengthening intrinsic capacities for children 5 to 14 years; an activity & discovery-based holistic program that focuses on experiential, integrative exploration & development of movement, senses, breath & energy.
